I just want to say, that this is the angriest, angstiest thread in the whole of the Lit Kingdom. And that is from all sides. We're lingering into the "if I make my posts longer it makes them more meaningful" phase of internet arguing.

I just want to ask what the point is? What have people achieved other than pointing at the racist joke debate, highlighting both sides and not coming to a conclusion?
