Iran Is About To Gain A Nuclear Weapon Under Biden

Iran was deemed to have signed on.

They never even bothered to comply because the worldwide
Left was too busy patting themselves on the back and
congratulating themselves for peace in their time
to actually force Iran to open ALL of its sites.

smh - whatever dude....I've provided the actual receipts without bias....you've provided spin from political operatives.

Since you're completely ignoring valid data, there is no argument you're making worth considering....just bullshit about the left. Have fun with that.

Why would he want to skirt Congress, a violation of law? We know why

Biden Admin Won’t Commit to Legally Mandated Congressional Review of New Iran Deal
Biden poised to skirt Congress and break law to ink deal, GOP warns

Adam Kredo • February 10, 2022 10:30 am

The Biden administration will not commit to submitting a new Iran nuclear deal to Congress for approval, as is required by U.S. law.

With the United States poised to ink a new deal with Tehran that will unwind virtually all economic sanctions on Iran and provide the hardline regime with billions in cash windfalls, the State Department won't say whether the deal will be sent to Congress for sign-off. Under the Iran Nuclear Agreement Review Act of 2015 (INARA)—which was passed after the Obama administration signed a deal without congressional approval—President Joe Biden must submit any deal to the Senate for it to be considered American policy.

The State Department told the Washington Free Beacon on Wednesday that it will consider the INARA law but stopped short of guaranteeing a new deal will first be submitted to Congress.

"The administration will carefully consider the facts and circumstances of any U.S. return to the JCPOA to determine the legal implications, including those under INARA," a State Department spokesman told the Free Beacon in response to questions about whether Congress will get an up-or-down vote on the deal. "We are committed to ensuring the requirements of INARA are satisfied." The spokesman did not expand on that answer.

The State Department comments come just days after 33 GOP senators wrote to the Biden administration demanding that any deal reached with Tehran be presented to Congress for approval. The lawmakers vowed to block the implementation of any deal, including massive sanctions relief, if the Biden administration violates INARA.

There's that, then there's the time line.

They were 10 years away from having a nuke in 2018, now they're 2 months away. The 2018 estimate was based on their compliance with the agreement. There is no way they be merely 2 months away now had they not be circumventing the agreement to begin with.

Now, everyone can sit around placing blame and pointing fingers but that avoids the core issue, what in the hell is anyone going to do about it? I can assure you that the Israeli's have plans and it wouldn't surprise me in the least if Saudi Arabia isn't actively participating in those plans.

Is Brandon going to put a couple of carrier battle groups in the gulf to protect the Iranian's from the Israeli's (and the Saudi's)?

Without a doubt.

Pakistan is arguably a far more serious nuclear threat than Iran. At least you know who is in charge in Tehran, whereas in Pakistan any one of a dozen Generals is capable of flogging the technology because the civilian government lost control of the military years ago.

But who would they use it on?

But who would they use it on?

The India Pakistan wars of 1947, 1965, 1971 and 1999 might give you a clue, together with the 75 year old Kashmir dispute. ;)

Apart from that they have been willing to sell their technical know how and the country's military is totally corrupt.

They even cheat at cricket.

Somehow, I can't see a nuclear exchange breaking out over Kashmir.

I think that you are demonstrating the depth of your of knowledge of the region. Just a few facts. Some 33 million Pashtuns live in Pakistan, some 16 million in Afghanistan, plus 2 million in refugee camps and a couple of million more in India and Iran.

Fighting and skirmishing between the extreme right wing Hindu Nationalists of India (Their government) and Pakistan is more or less daily. A Pashtun movement for an Independent nation is a reality in both Pakistan and Afghanistan. Imran Khan the Pakistan PM has said for ten years that his government cannot control the NW ( the Pashtun area)

The Pashtuns dominate the Taliban and the Pakistan Army Generals are mostly sympathetic to their views. A conflict between India and Pakistan over Kashmir is here and now; it does not look like going nuclear at this point, but either side is capable of making it so. The rise of Pashtun nationalism west of the Indus would be an even greater nightmare.

I doubt that the CIA share your optimism and that a rogue Pakistan General might not bring nuclear weapons to a Pashtun/Taliban cause.

These few comments are a great over simplification but without knowing the ethnography of this region you cannot discount anything. Just google "Map of Pashtun people" and the problem starts to become more apparent.

And then there is the internal politics of India where it has become government policy to victimize their own Moslem minority (A minority of 250 million!)

Pashtun Nationalism or a Kashmir conflict are both capable of making the recent events in Afghanistan look like a Sunday School picnic. :)
