I no longer watch TV news at all, in any form. But I've seen it said that RT and AlJazeera are among the most balanced and least biased of all world news TV sources. Even BBC that used to be at the top falls short.

I'm sure that they're biased and Russia propagandistic afk, but some of the shows that they're hosting are so interesting.
And most of them are by British and American personalities like Chris Hedges.


I used to be dismissive of Jesse Ventura (who would listen to the opinions of a wrestler, right?)
but I watched today and I see that he brought in John Kiriakou to discuss the recently released (under the freedom of information act) Afhghanistan papers.

In saying that (my prior ode to RT):

They are great mainly because of the very high caliber of British and American presenters and intellectuals that they attracted to the "Shows" subsection.

But you have to filter with skepticism everything on the political 'cold war' part.
They are also a propaganda outlet, after all. Just like CNN and Fox news.

I used to be more trustful, until I saw how blatantly they distorted everything about the recent conflict, "Iran good! The biggest peacemaker in the region!"

It's a shame, because Iranians have far more in common with Europe and America than Turkey and Saudi Arabia do.
And most Iranians, while hating American leaders, actually like lay-Americans.

But can America-EU switch alliances, given both their political-economic interests and the terrorist nature of Iranian leaders?

It would have been great if the recent Iranian/Iraqi uprisings weren't so effectively diverted, by Soleimani-al-Muhandis's complot to pprovoke the West.
