Yes, Biden responds to the Iranian-inspired attacks that killed three American soldiers that were killed a week ago. It's obvious he wanted to give Iran enough warning so they could move their critical personnel out of the target area after hinting he wasn't going to strike Iran directly. Biden should have his lips surgically implanted on Iran's ass cheeks.
