I honestly don't think that anyone here gives a damn about C/capitalisation.

In truth, it really only serves to break up the flow of the sentence structure and I end up pausing on every out of place capitalized letter as if it were some kind of offense to nature.

It is like trying to read leetspeak, frustrating. Don't worry about it at all.
