but see, wouldn't that in and of itself be part of the very definition of integrity? That one behaves according to an internal prompt rather than extrinsic circumstance?

true integrity yes...thats not to say a person of integrity cannot make a mistake...but they will admit and own up to it....but its the phony who covers them up for the appearance of integrity...
