I'm beginning to think the combination of amoxicillin and motrin 800 isn't a good combination. I cant sleep and my son will be up in about 3 hours...sigh

I'm there with you....trying to keep up with a three year old..

My sleep pattern is very fragile. It doesn't take much to throw it out of whack..

The last two nights I haven't slept well, last night waking at 1.30am and then 4.30am. I couldn't get back to sleep after that.

All of this because I have a small matter on my mind...

I hate insomnia..

Looking after kids when well rested is hard but with sleeplessness it would be a nightmare....You have sympathy as I have trouble looking after me.

As you know I've had this problem for years and on my lucky days I get 1 & a half hours sleep leaving my exhausted EVERY BLOODY DAY.I often go days with none at all then crash out and have further trouble because of other health issues so tonight I'm taking double the mogadon that I'm meant to take in the hope of getting a few hours sleep.:(

*hugs Gil* Well I finally fell asleep about a quarter to five. Boy am I exhausted now. Wish I could call my parents and see if I could take him over so I could nap a bit

Ah... sleep, it's overrated. There's so much going on in the world that keeps me up, like those pesky Infomercials. Good thing I have a veeery low limit on my card. Anyway, just wanted to say HEY! to all of ya other sleepless parties....

How ppl that don't know

It never ceases to amaze me how ppl that have no kucking idea think they know how simple it is to solve the problem of insomnia
like DO MORE,BE MORE ACTIVE,STOP WORRYING,NAP WHEN YOU CAN & USE THE TIME YOU HAVE BETTER.
They may mean will but have not a clue what we are suffering with the agony of never ending lack of energy due to lack of just a few hours of normal sleep.
do gooders drive me nuts with the simple solutions I just wiped myself out with perscription drugs for 7 hours sleep.

DO I FEEL RESTED,DO I FEEL BETTER,DO I FEEL LIKE I"VE HAD THE SLEEP I MISSED ?

The answer is NO I still feeel like crap.
GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR it's so frustrating I've done all the sleep disorder treatment and still come up blank.

If I could just get I a few regular hours of "NORMAL SLEEP" fucking hours sleep a night I think it was heaven.
PEOPLE THAT HAVE NO FUCKING IDEA OF THE ENDLESS FUCKING FRUSTRATION I SUFFER COULD LIVE the agony I live every fucking day death would look like a happy solution I'm getting so fucking fed up with it all.
 :(

Here's your solution, Gil. All you need is a good fuck session before bedtime. :D :p

I'll join!

Yep, this is me, most nights!

Plus I hate daytime anyway, I am a night creature.

I have to resort to the pills, otherwise I get sick without sleep.

Orlanth, send me the link to your web page, I'll check it for you with my critical eye! LOL

Gil, I do understand.

LB, my friend, email me.

Arden, that is a good cure, but not always available, we all wish it was!

Smiles at MrOpius and LadySam
Waves to Omah, well you should have a good cure soon by friend!

It's 2.40am downunder in AUSSIE and I'm here again yawning wanting sleep but it just dosen't happen:(

It's not only physically draining but mentally 2:confused:

Just another day, another night....

Just wanted to drop by and see all you other Insomniacs out there. I found that 2 sleeping pills + 2 Tylenol PMs = Gone in 60 seconds! LOL. Just don't overdo it.

Hello Dragonette, and all new posters to this thread!

I found that lots of masturbating and sex helps, too. Sometimes that ain't enough. A warm baloney sandwich and a beer? That was my friend's technique.

What have some of you Insomniacs used to pass out???

It's been 3 days now and have less than an hour sleep for each of these.I'm frustrated, angry, tired and close to going nuts. ALL I want is some regular sleep 3 or 4 hours a day is that to much to ask:confused:
