Initiating a kiss

I am really nervous when it comes to initiating kisses, especially with girls I'm really into. I was wondering if anyone know any good ways to initiate a kiss, if you are sitting in front of a girl who is giving you a back/neck massage.

Well, if she's already massaging you, that obviously means she likes you enough, so it shouldn't be a problem. Just put your arm up and gently put it around her neck as she's behind you, say something complimentary, bring her close to your lips, and give her a kiss. Maybe she'll even kiss you first after you give her a real nice compliment.
