If the basis for a strong marriage is love, trust, and respect, why then do we find partners who are indifferent to our sexual exploits? My marriage scandal ridden as it was had its roots in love, and as time went on, lost its charm. My dear William was caught up in his politics to the exclusion of all else, myself included.

I sought affection outside of my marriage, and to my shame, I did not realize my error until the day I died-William, my husband since I was but seventeen, was by my side.

Faith and love are remarkable things, not to be underestimated. No matter how far I strayed, my dear husband did his best by me, and was ultimately, my closest friend.

I whole-heartedly encourage those who are not married, to seek satisfaction in the arms of whatever adult they may chose, however, once one is married, the damage done by foolishness is not easily, nor often undone.

Of course! How else would a Lady have the opportunity to indulge in an affair with George Gordon?

 You're dead?

I was thinking the same thing, I knew there was an age requitement at Lit, but what's the rule as far as dead people becoming members? :)

I believe that Byron in Exile is also deceased, as is Jim Henson. My dear friends you converse with the spirits regularly, how can you be shocked?

Jim Henson is alive and well and posting on Lit. Really. Do a search.

I keep thinking Problem Child is dead, and someone forgot to tell him.

I appear to be suffering from ennui. There is no lack for entertainment, or work, however I cannot seem to put my pen to paper. How faireth thee in the land of Wallace?

It would appear that the entire trio is posting on LIterotica, that does not meant that we are all alive.

Woe, but the land of Wallace is under the yoke and at bended knee.

My heart fairly weeps at the crimes my countrymen committed at Culloden. I have often considered retiring to Skye and remaining there. I have brought shame to Melbourne and thus cannot claim my place at his side. Twas his right to cast me off, and yet he did not. *sigh* I often wonder why he remained faithfull to me.

Aye, 'tis a beautiful island, only last year I visited it's shores.

M'Lord Melbourne was an honourable man.

Indeed, he was.

I was there two summers past. Skye is a land of faeries and folklore with water so cold and clean that one can only think of heaven. 'Tis a lovely place, with lovely people.

'Tis a place I try to visit at least one every two summers. Peace and tranquility abound. Oh that the mists were less frequent.

'Tis easy to understand why Bonnie Charlie flew there.

The mists are enchanting, as is the rest of Wallace's homeland.

...Arthur's Seat

'Tis a venerable cornucopia of hills, glen's, rivers and weather!

Arthurs Seat affords a grand view of the Capital, if not the greatest, City.

It's absolutely gorgeous. I loved it there. I was there in the summer, though-what's the wintertime like?

Magnificent. Cold but magnificent. On the Road to the Isles, all the hills are snow capped, the rivers running faster and colder.

Without the summer foliage many of the glens (particularly Glencoe) are dark and very foreboding.

Skye is dark and moody. Edinburgh bustling and bloody windy
