Brother and sister who hate each-other go hiking and go into a cave when it rains. During the thunder storm they are transported to a to a world of kings and knights. His archery skills rescue her from being enslaved, and it gets romantic.

Judging from your title, I thought you were going to suggest that a young man go back in time and knock up his mother, thus becoming his own father. Or go further back and become his own grandfather.

No I did one mother incest idea. Parental incest ideas are not my thing. I brother sister a little. I actually wrote a cousin story. But I have a problem moving from sex to love in a story, a part of me finds it wrong still. I don't keep them together in the end which gets me death threats.

I like the time travel idea, but it seems unnecessary to have it in an incest story. You would need a reason why they decide to end up with each other. I guess it could be loneliness and isolation?

He saves her and they bond, there in a unusual place and time.

So, they hate each other - but then, why do they go hiking together?

It's a family vacation and they briefly bond over there hate for there parents. They hike to escape them, from the mutual enemy.

So basically the Chronicles of Narnia? I mean it's so heavily if not implied, certainly not clarified that C.S. Lewis eventually wrote the 5th book to clarify that two kings and two queens didn't been Incest, they apparently went to other lands for mates. Took the author 4 books to figure out the logical conclusions of his readers.

Hell I was 11 and I thought it was bizzare that brothers and sisters could be King and Queen together and my mom just stopped and told me that there would be no princes or princesses in that land. (Which was true but COME ON!!!!)

I actually like this idea quite a bit, it doesn't even need a lot of tweaking. I think I'd replace time travel with High Fantasy but that's because once we're throwing in a time traveling cave I see no reason for there not to be Cave Trolls.
