That is a VERY good question and one I didn't address directly in What Is Incest? I write Incest tales but that's not my fetish at all. I can surmise what drives some enthusiasts -- fantasies of: Forbidden Fruit. Unavailable nearby familiar partners. Easy hunting.

Lemme reframe incest.

My parents died while I was a young guy. In 1969 I had 5 sisters and one brother. I was in the military and never met my newborn baby sister, who got placed across the country 3000 miles from where I settled.
