"Inalienable" means "not transferable to another or capable of being repudiated." Something you can't give up even by agreeing to. FWIW. ("Unalienable" means the same.)

unalienable - Inalienable and unalienable are interchangeable for "unable to be taken away from or given away by the possessor."

The only difference is in the mind of the OP.
