Now......how the hell do I delete this? I tried by checking the box and then selecting delete but keep getting a vB msg. saying I don't have permission to access the page. Even though I'm logged in properly...Oh woe is me....I DO seem to have the WORST time with mechanics!

Unless you are a moderator, the delte function does not work. The best you can do is edit the post as you did originally to say "disregard."

It's set up that way because deleting the first post also deletes the entire thread causing everyone else to lose their posts.
