What are the odds that the leftests succeed in having this phrase removed from US currency in our lifetimes?

Damn good I'd say.

I'd wager many here would reply that it "should be removed"...

Sad!

I'd take that wager in a heartbeat.

Derp.

Clearly we must remove it before Islam storms more embassies in outrage.

Appealing to emotion again? You do realize fear is an emotion, don't you?

And here you are trying to sell the fact that it is democrats that do that.

I guess it's not appealing to emotion when you're fellow republicans do it.

Nobody cares about the currency any more. We use plastic cards instead, and they don't have obligatory religious messages on them.

Currency will be gone by 2018.

It's dirty and unnecessary. I prefer to carry chickens for bartering.

The Democrats use guilt.

The Republicans use fear.

They're not so very different, really.

If God is such an important part of America, why isn't His name on the flag?

One of you septics should start a White House petition to get Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny and the FSM put on the specie.

I would make that bet. Your country is far too backward to make such a progressive move toward modernity. It is no coincidence that the word "god" appears on your currency, given the fact that the only true American god is the corporate juggernaut. The capitalist troglodyte will continue bowing at the altar of the free market, and his currency will continue to reflect that.

Let's go whole hog and replace the Presidents with the Apostles. No doubt they all looked WASPy just like Jesus.
