4laterer....Now for your amazement of people talking over the phone with one another here. It happens and even meeting others in 3-d does also. That is if you feel a connection of trust and friendship with another. Without either one it likely not to happen.
I am assuming that Vixen was refferring to those people she has developed relations with and not just anybody. You also have to understand there is a lot of mobile devices used. Another way to pass your day when you can find the time.
People here are not all about slap sticking the other and belittling. Even though once in a while a pop here and there can be satisfying. It is a community and most of us like it that way. We like that we can express ideas, agree, disagree, moan, comfort or anything else we would do with others in our daily lives. It gives us a place of annominity and it is a shame when another misuses its trust.
Right now I feel that some people are going to be a little cautious because some people just do not give a damn that others here are real. There are fine lines that can be crossed and one has to be respectful of them. So welcome to the community and I hope you find what you are seeking from it.
Do not get insulted if I do not see you about the boards as much or respond.
Vixen good luck with the papers. Eeekkk about the dry type of material you are putting out. I always hated those types with statistics and such when I was in Grad School. I am glad I can simply write for pleasure now.
