It's 75 degrees in my house.. and I'm freezing. My ears are plugged.. my nose is stuffy.. and I have cramps.

I can't just go to bed either..I have to go to a band concert for my daughter tonight.

Do what Christophe suggests...and also, go into the bathroom, turn on the shower full-blast hot and sit in the bathroom for 10 minutes or so. Make sure to put a towel in the dryer for 10 minutes prior so you'll have a nice hot towel to wrap in as well.

After the shower, put your feet in a hot foot bath.

No chance of me going to the hosptial...

I have work.. work has no sick time..

Actually.. it's very rare that I get very sick. And since I quit smoking I haven't had any coughing or any chest colds like normal.

Hopefully..this will be better in the morning.
