last friday a girl i know came to my apartment to talk about a problem she was having.we talked inside for about an hour then we went outside.she talked about how lonley she was and how she just wanted to have a meaningfull realtionship but if not sex would do as well,then she said how attracted she was to me.

well one thing led to another we kissed then we ended up in my bedrooom for 3 hours.

sounds good enough i mean she is hot,shes older(i'm 22 shes 28)
and it was the best sex i have had.

but heres the problem THE GIRL IS FUCKING INSANE!!!!
she has baggage actually it's more like a uhaul!!

my roomates can't stand her she is also very delusional(i told her
that it was only for fun she said cool but i think she i can provide stability but i cant even do that for me!)

i guess what i am asking is how can i break this off without being insensitive or ccoming off as an asshole

You probably can't as it sounds like she is not rational - do the best you can but be prepared for the worst. Cut it off as soon as possible.
