Yeah, I can tell by her distinctive feet.

About where the Orcs come from: I don't remember if the books mentioned a place anything like that picture. But in one of the movies the orcs were being created out of these loathsome pits. I don't remember a lot about the pits except that they looked horrific. I may have to watch the movie again just to see that scene. Is that pit what Geiger has depicted?
