Two Fav's together! Michelle maybe we could all get together!

Would it be greedy to add Alyson Hannigan, Charisma Carpenter, and Eliza Dushku? Oh, of course it would -- and yet....

The word boring belies a truth about the one who uses it. Why should we look? Will or should we gag on the mundane and tedious as well? :| ;)

Apparently, you use the word, often. So sad for you... sweetie. Happier and less dull New Year. :rose:

UNDER RATED
Charlize Theron
Isn't she, like, universally considered hot as fuck? How can she then be underrated? I'd say she's accurately rated.

Don't mind Charley. For some reason, she thinks no one should ever be bored. God forbid. And she points it out often.

Sorry, dear... most of the time, I  you, but there are times (like this and the feedback/trolling issue) when you annoy me.

 - people annoy me as well, and especially those who feel bored - then perhaps we need to talk about why life - at every second is an abundance of adventure good and bad, yet never dull or (gag) boring. People do not know how to live

Am I melodramatic? No - I just have an immense joie de vivre - good or bad.

And edit to add: I AM NEVER boring or bored ;) :catroar:

I never said I was bored! I am only annoyed by boring people who pontificate on their self or lack there of! So, sweetie, I am not bored, nor am I considered boring by those who know me!

End Rant////

Amen. "I'm bored" is one of the least appealing phrases I can think of; it's right up there with "Why won't anyone pay attention to me?" and "Everyone around me is shallow and stupid." Those phrases annoy me because they are all attempts to relocate problems inherent to the speaker onto the world around him/her. Genuinely interesting people are never bored; I'm not even slightly interesting, and I haven't been bored in years. When there's more of you inside to play with, those other problems tend to vanish. So ranters unite! :D The only thing boring is listening to people whine about being bored.

Fortunately, the author of this thread did no such thing. The "I'm bored" of the title is followed by the immediately redeeming "Let's play"; it's an invitation, not a complaint, and thus is charming. :) Play I shall.

Overrated:

John Steinbeck: Dull, dull, dull.

Ann Coulter: Someone, somewhere, must be more annoying, banal, and unpleasant. I'm still looking for her, although admittedly not with much energy or enthusiasm.

Underrated:

Djuna Barnes: Funny, funny, funny.

John Stuart Mill: Intelligence is the ultimate aphrodisiac. The capacity for twenty years of devotion while waiting patiently for one's love to be free is quite a bonus as well.

So Hot ... <etc>:

Actually, no such creature exists. I am a loyal horse, and nothing could tempt me to be untrue to the SO. That said, if the SO happened to feel in the mood to share an especially tempting plaything, I would be delighted for us to lavish our mutual attentions on ...

The brilliant: Virginia Woolf

The inimitable: Oscar Wilde

(Edited to add names for Stella, although I'm sure she doesn't require an introduction to the last gentleman.)

I look at these faces and have no idea of who most of them are! Some of them are cuties, though. Liar, who is the honey at the bottom of your post?

I disagree with whoever about Julia Roberts, probably because she's still ten years younger than me, and Russell Crowe too...
