there is a style of chinese martial arts called Qi GOng> I once saw a master in that style heat paper with his hands till it started fire. HE heals people by heating aluminum foil to 300f. he puts it in a moist paper towel, and puts it on the injured part of their body. heals inside without burnin the skin. it's friggin amazing.

I can o a lot in martial arts, but that has got to be the wildest thing I've ever seen....ish i could do it
