Wow, this is hard. I don't really know. Discussed things similar to this a while back, and it would be hard to change anything. It's made me who I am today. Pain, suffering, joy, loss, hard work, failure. It's all part of who I am now. I wouldn't be here without that stuff.
Would it be wrong to ask for a pill to help someone else instead? I'd ask for a handful, maybe dozens of them. Cure a friends cancer, a young girl's diabetes, a relatives kidney failure, chronic pain of a loved one, older relatives dementia, an young abused mother's trauma, anxiety of a teenage girl. Even a few people on this board, I'd gladly give up my pill for them. There are so many others who really could use that pill. Seeing them helped would make my day. Sorry...maybe not what you're looking for.

What use is a pill that improves my own life for better, when living on a continent that is traveling back in time , destination set to 1933, on a planet beings on fire or drowning that soon enough run by a grazy Mango Mussolini being best friend with a grazy communist lunatic supported by way to rich and powerful ultra populists. I would like a pill that gives the ability to transform all those fascists, racists ultras and Megalomaniacs into plastic eating parasites.
