I see it a lot, people throwing an apostrophe s in to make one thing plural, but then doing it properly for the next thing.

It's a reasonably decent bet that English (or Amurrican or Ozzie) is not the poster's native language, and given that English (in its various incarnations) is perhaps the most difficult alphabet-based (as opposed to pictogram-based) languages to master...
