I did! I came out with my office for events around the Rose Bowl. I fell madly in love with the food at Portos and I am probably going to have to come back just to eat there again.

Coming back to what we were discussing, since the way I put it I made it look like "libs. bad conservatives good".

In my view, a lot of posters displayed bad behaviors from time to time (myself included) but there are two extreme attitudes which cross the line:

The 'nigger this nigger that' comments made by JBJ and Busybody, and the relentless cyberstalking of individual posters with all sorts of creepy comments by a couple of posters.

I don't think that Laurel or most posters like those sorts of behaviors either, but it's difficult to censor certain comments without setting a precedent and turning the GB into a moderated forum.
So I can see where Laurel is coming from, yet I disagreed with your initial statement :

What I'm trying to say is that: because you know you can be funny and entertaining and some people put up with your cheeky attitude because of that, it often goes to your head. And you think too much of yourself and that others are prepared to swallow anything.
And this isn't related specifically to this incident.
