...into a pool of alcohol than watch ANOTHER episode of Blues Clues!

I never thought anything would make me long for Barney and the Teletubbies!

OMG! There is a show worse than Barney and Teletubbies! Is that really possible?!?

Come on, Fess up, Steve gives you a hard on.

  1. The fact that you can even name a character is scary!
  2. The thought of BEHEADING Steve gives me a hardon
  3. How do those people live with themselves?
    [/list=1]

I'm going to go watch my Buffy DVD...

It could be worse, Bob....Kipper, Maisy or Dora could be on the TV right now....

Give me CatDog or SpongeBob SquarePants anyday:rolleyes:

What the hell do yoa think I suffered in between Blues Clues?

I feel for you Bob! Really I do.:D

My son owns every "Blues Clues" movie ever made.

Fortunately......he is out growing Blues.:)

Honestly, I would still watch Blues Clues over Barney anyday.

Hey Bob maybe Steve and Barney can get married and the Teletubbies can be the wedding party............:D

Okay, let me tell you a little story that will make you smile.

I work in a fabric sotre. We had Blues Clue's fleece. I have cut this shit more times then I care to think. But, here's the good part. Last time I was cutting it the kid watching me freaked. I mean, started screaming and crying. It turns out he saw me cut off Blue's head. hahhahaha....... it was great, though ear splitting. It was an allover print so there was no way I could have cut it any other way. He was tired and cranky and when he saw me chop off his friend's head. Well.
I haven't seen him or his Mom since.

I only know Steve's name cause a little guy in my life like's it too. Luckily he isn't mine and I don't have to watch the show.

Blues Clues ROCKS!!

On the visits with my kids, this is definitely the Number One show to view. They love it, they learn from it, they sing along to it.

Perhaps the only better show for the kids was Bear in the Big Blue House. Pip and Pop - Otters Extraordinaire! :)

Now confess, man....when you go to the mailbox, don't you find yourself singing:

"Here's the mail, it never fails
It makes me want to wag my tail
When it comes I want to wail, maaaaaaaail!"

Mine, thank goodness, have moved on to other shows.

I happen to have to watch Ed,Edd,and Eddie, the Powerpuff girls, and Dexters Laboratory.

I actually like to watch these ones.

Bob, when I pick up D from school, she comes to my office to watch cartoons and educational stuff sometimes. After awhile, I just tune it all out, all except for catdog, or sesame street. Those two rule, not necessarily in that order.

LMAO

You seem to be living my life as well. When my son was 3, I had found him a green striped "Steve" shirt and Blues Clues bib alls. He wore them almost every day and would only part with them for washings. Thankfully now, tho, they have moved onto Bear in the Big Blue house and P,B, and J Otters and various other playhouse Disney shows instead of Nick Jr. Every now and again I need a change so they switch back to Nick Jr or over to PBS. Tho I've namaged to avoid Barney. I'm also blessed with a little girl who likes Little House on the Prarie reruns on TBS. :)

You wouldn't know where I could find a .WAV file of that little ditty do you? I'd like to change the bland "you have new mail" notice on my computer.

Oh man, please tell me you're kidding.

:)

look at the bright side bob...Dora the Explorer is infinitely worse for an adult to watch than Blue's Clues

my son is ten but probably due to his autism hasn't outgrown either show

i long for a reprieve

Oh, I would have to agree. I hate listening to "Swiper, no swipee! Swiper, no swipee!"

I had the pleasure of that one yesterday when my daughter had a sleep over.

Isn't Steve getting a bit old to be playing with a blue dog and talking with his salt and pepper shakers and his gardening tools?

In fact, at some point, doesn't that deserve a diagnosis, if not some really heavy meds and a brief stay at the local funny farm?

Geesh!

Well I am lucky and only watch the kiddie shows I like as there are no little people as yet in the house to argue with me...lol

I feel your pain, Bob. Luckily mine are getting into SpongeBob, which is actually quite entertaining.
