He asked me why I worked for them (doing inner city housing renovations), and I had no idea his mike was on - I thought he was making conversation while shooting some footage. We had a good chat, and it seems a lot of it made it on the air.
Those pricks never even told me they had a tape of it, and I hope that it galled them that I got as much airtime as they did.

(was that subtle enough braggin' for you?) it's the show i listen to and it always freaks me out a little when i first hear myself. the song they play the most is not one of my favorite it just happens to be the title track so i don't think i sound all that good on it but it does get air play and has sold a bunch of cds locally so i can't complain too much.
i used to know why you sound different to yourself that what you hear on tape...something to do with the resonance of your skull and sinuses and all that. evidently nobody in the world likes the way they sound on tape.
