i'm beginning to think that that isn't going to happen any time soon.

now watch movie 43.

or the previews for inappropriate comedy or whatever.

or hangover: fratboy edition.

when does the good shit come out? the horse latitudes are a total drag.

Goon was surprisingly good. Ted was surprisingly average, considering how many people said it was hilarious.

I liked Sleepwalk With Me. But I also like his stand-up so I was probably biased.

finally one that's new to me. and i've seen his stand up, but i'm not sure i remember it. is he kinda child-like in his delivery?

and ted was funny once. i have no desire to watch it again. i doubt i ever will. hell, i was bored as fuck this weekend being sick and hopped up on cough syrup and it didn't even cross my mind and i have it right here in front of me.

I wouldn't call his delivery child like. But he has a nervous quality to it. Give it a try. It's not a great big laugh movie. But he's funny and most of what he does comes out that way.

yeah. okay. i remember him. he's alright.

and i'd already started dling it.
Paul was pretty stupid as well.

i'd already forgotten all about that.

i didn't hate it though. i may have had weed at the time.

I liked Ted. Didn't really like Goon all that much. It was ok but I was expecting more I think.
I could be on my death bed and someone will say "We'll give you another 20 years of life if you watch Movie 43" and I'd say no.

One good line. Just one.

"And when I return I will be a Cabin Man."

That's it and it's not even that good.

All I remember is the really awkward cameo of David Letterman.

Cameos from the Late Show are bad signs for a movie (I'm looking at you Paul and Blues Brothers 2000).

I was being sarcastic when I said Mr Bean and Cabin Boy .........

And Paul was really good. I loved it!

Paul as in Paul Shaffer of the CBS Orchestra.

And sarcasm... k, well, hard as hell to properly convey or notice it on the internet. So, my bad I guess.

(still an odd reference to bust out. I feel kinda unclean remembering that movie now)

Death to Smoochy is the greatest comedy about the corruption in children's television ever. Robin Williams at his manic best and John Stewart (with a Beatles' haircut) trying to act. Can't be beat.

This. Yes, it's Danish with subtitles and starts slowish. Don't worry about that. It's extremely funny. Very very very funny. Watch it now. Trust me.

Sleepwalk with Me is great. His delivery is not for everyone (he started out much darker, shifted to this style roughly when he shifted to storytelling). If you can get past it, his writing is top-notch. Ira Glass directed or produced or both.

"In the Loop" was a nice surprise--very intelligent, very funny British satire of politics and media.

Wanderlust is underrated, although it's possible it will nudge into the makes you want to kill yourself category. On the other hand, nothing at all wrong with Jennifer Aniston these days, head to toe.

I don't understand the Ted hate. It was a movie about a talking teddy bear, from the guy who makes Family Guy. It stars Marky Mark. What did anyone expect? Anyway: Mila Kunis. Plus the best fight scene in history.

The best line was when he came out of the cave and said, "my pipes are clean!"
