I do that periodically, but I always close my eyes for a good 20 seconds to give the beasties a chance to hide. Seems only sporting.

The heatsinks of my twin graphics cards are almost impossible to reach and clean with the air can.

They have to be physically removed from the computer in order to clean them, it's a pain-in-the-ass process that I do once every two months or so. But it must be done in order to keep my computer running in tip-top shape.
