I have this pretty cool tune I'm working on. It's funky sorta stuff (Old school). I have what I think is a pretty cool hook for it. Now if only I could hear both parts at once...:(

(This is quite straight in my mind. Lets see what happens when I try to say it!)

OK, this is right up my alley, cause I have to rig everything! :)You're gonna need 3 recorders. First, record one part, then record the "hook" part, then play them at the same time, while recording with the third recorder.:D

Yeah, a four track or 8 track recorder would be the ideal solution. Unfortunately I don't have the funds for that at the moment. But it would be nice to have a human collaborator as well. Perhaps when I go out to play this week I will meet someone who is like-minded musically.

Just trying to help.

Sweetie I know that. Your idea is a good one. It is in fact what I would do IF I had the equipment. I will get it done. It's just a LOT harder doing it this way. But I have never complained about putting in the hours I have to in order to get it right.

 :rose: Thanks for the input.

Just think of the fun you would have with an extra set of hands. ;)

Hmmm.....more spanking capability. :D

My spanking capability already scares people now as it is.

Actually it didn't cross my mind. I am frustrated with my progress on this song. That is what prompted the thought.
