I deep condition my hair at least once a week. I dye my hair, blow dry it and often curl it, so it's mandatory with all the abuse I put it through. I usually use, V05 hot oil treatment pack.

Not hard at all. Shampoos right out. I use that, as well as mayo.

My hair is naturally curly in ringlet style. I straighten in a lot with an iron. Blow dry it. Color it. I've found that olive oil works the best for me.
