I can see why fishie is in love with Ewan.. he's so boy-next-door good looking *swoon*

And when he sings.. even though he's kinda bad at it.. still made me think about the one I love.. all night.. made me miss him more *sigh*

I personally liked that they were not great singers.

I think it illustrated the point that these were not "great" entertainers, but popular.

Plus, who wouldn't swoon over MacGregor and Kidman?

I think Moulin Rouge is just incredible. I could watch it over and over again. The music is brilliant! The DVD is wonderful with all the extras it has on it. I quite enjoyed watching the dance rehearsals and the specials on it.

Ewan's an actor, not a singer.. but he's decent, gave me tingles with his love song. Kidman was gorgeous in the opening sequence.. I loved the red lips and smokey eyeshadow.

I think that the fact that they aren't great singers was a good thing too.. it added to the charm of the movie. Leguizamo.. he irks me, but for some reason not so badly in this role.

I personally think either Leguizamo can't act.. or he acts like he can't act.

Either way, it stinks. But then again, I've only seen him in 'To Wong Foo..', and 'Moulin Rouge'.. I can't remember what else I've seen him in.

I have the DVD and the soundtrack! I love the movie! My friends think it's an...ehm, interesting movie, I just found it hilarious and fun!

Good soundtrack yes. And I'd love to wear all of Nicole's clothes...*sigh*

And yes, I do fancy Ewan!!!!

I too love that movie.... DVD owner here..... and from a man's standpoint, Nicole was brilliant.

I found myself teary eyed many times during the last half of the movie. Why is that?
