For a long time - due to our moving/changing addresses/phone numbers, (6 times in 7 years) I could never 'register' on e-Bay - frustrating!

And believe me - I've got tone of shit to sell - technical shit, musical items, photo equipment, video equipment, guns, motorcycle shit, etc......

And I could (they would never let me cause nothing jibed) register.

Well because we've finally relocated back to the DC area and we've got all our ducks in a row - e-Bay let me register!!!

I went through that video 'how to sell shit.' And checked out other information. I decided to try to list 3 rare and collectable 33rpm records I have. I did everything they prompted me on. And guess what? That was yesterday so today I checked - I ran a search for the artists, the titles, and 'by seller' (me), and.....

I came up as having nothing listed for sale.

And this is what frustrates the hell out of me about this internet shit - I spend hours learning and then hours doing and in the end.....

Nothing.

I know it can't be that fucking difficult because every trailer park drooler on the planet has his pink flamingo's and mirrored lawn balls on e-Bay!

So I must be lower than low.

Please advise.

Did you get your registration confirmation email and send it back? I registered long ago, so I don't know if this is still required or not.

Yes got that part done.

Got my login name and all that - I can see me there - I just can't see the stuff 'I though' I put up for sale.

It's not there.

I must have failed but have no idea as to how.

Hiya Sparky

If you didn't recieve your confirmation email saying "congratulations you are now selling shit on eBay" (not a direct quote) then most likely you missed something.

I can't say what as I didn't watch ya :D

You can go into your "myebay" it's on top there somewhere. It will show what you are selling and or bidding on.

Can't help ya any further with out more information

Sorry :(

Thanks S&D. No never got that.

And never got - 'you have posted as seller' or anything like that either. I thought that strange but........

I did all as prompted - you know - describe the item - write about it - set a bottom bid and everything and then.......

It kind of dead ended - I didn't see any obvious button to press - like a "post this" button.

I did that 3 different times - none of them are there.

Don't know what to do when I dead end after all the descriptors.

I'm not sure either.

There are only 4 steps to the selling.

Last step is to accept everything and list.

For whatever reason that didn't happen for you.

I'd try again if I was you.

I once wrote an article on the subtle but all-too-big differences between people from MI, WI, and MN.

Maybe if you ask nicely I'll dig it up for you.
