I have.........

I have just trolled someone for the first time on the lit forum and I'm not really proud of it.

(Come on, people, it's JAMESBJOHNSON we're talking about. I just couldn't help but poke at him)

Well ... don't break your heart, you may have just fallen into his troll trap. :) There are some people on here who delight in setting up what seems to be an obvious booboo and laughing heartily when other people put their foot in it.

I have come to a conclusion that JBJ is pretty smart and just likes to mess with the people around here.

BUT,

That DOES NOT give him an excuse to troll people and be mean to someone.

He trolls you and you troll him right back. :)

Yes, he is very smart. Sometimes he is in a good mood and posts things really worth reading. Sometimes he gets grumpy. It doesn't necessarily make a nice spectacle to see people poke him with sticks and provoke him.

I have tried so hard...but in vain. These traitorous fingers of mine had betrayed me yesterday and I succumbed to its weakness :D

Anyways, I didn't actually "poke" him, I never do that to anyone or try my best not to.

(The moderator of this thread might be gnashing his teeth at you right now, Naoko. Post something with 'I have' :) )

I have a sunburn! And so does my son. At 9 years old, it is his first. I am usually so diligent! I sprayed him with the sunscreen but never reapplied. Poor kid! Mom fail. :(

I have to tell you, the person who owns this thread is occasionally allowed to take down my knickers. Off the washing line! So he will probably let me off if I allow him some extra laundry duty.
;)

:( I have so often done similar. Momness is about learning to live with all the small failures every day, but it doesn't take much to make us best mom in the world, either!
:)

My son and I have hung up the two-person, rainbow-colored hammock, which I bought in Cabo San Lucas on my cruise, in my front yard and have had a nice time relaxing in it, after all the hard work for the day is done.

I have seen a large mirror carp.
Sadly it was caught by my pal, but at least I know that the water has Carp therein.

I have a backhoe in my driveway, a growing pile of dirt in my front yard... and no idea why.

I have just returned from watching a live transmission of Puccini's Manon Lescaut from the Royal Opera House.

Kristine Opolais was fantastic as Manon; Jonas Kaufmann as the Chevalier Des Grieux was a perfect foil for her.

The staging was modern day. Part of Act II is shown as Manon being filmed for a semi-porn video, watched by Geronte and his aged friends. Kristine's acting as the bored performer going through the motions sufficiently well to excite the aged roués is brilliant. The cinema audience was also affected by her activities. Some of them found the 'reality' in close up possibly too effective...

I now have two sick Volvo Estates, both with new MOTs (Roadworthiness certificates).

One uses coolant like sinking pints of lager, and today the other one refuses to change out of 2nd gear, and it's an automatic so that's an expensive problem.

And I've just booked a hotel outside London for 4 nights. The only way to get there is by car. :(

I have (update) a Volvo with a useless cylinder head. There is erosion very close to the water passages and the outside. A new head gasket might last a few days.

I have been offered a complete engine for £100 which is a good deal. But I would have to move it 14 miles from the scrap dealer to the mechanic. I will look at it tomorrow, but NOT touch. I will be returning from a friend's funeral dressed in a decent suit.

I have to drive the car I have been loaned. It has a manual gearbox which will be a pain in London traffic, but I have checked with my insurance company. I am comprehensively covered for the loan car while my Volvo is being repaired.

I have had a very dissapointing day but strangely, I don't feel an iota of remorse for what I've done.

It looks as if I'm totally indifferent towards my own life/career.

I have spent the most part of two days reloading a laptop with Vista. Not my idea but an idiot friend who went to the wrong website and ended up with a sum total of 29 Trojans. A complete format and overwrite of the Hard Drive took over 12 hours.

I am now in the process of downloading and installing 121 updates.

Oh, what an opportunity to get Win 7.
Vista was a bag o' shite.
May I also suggest using AVG or Webroot 'Secure Anywhere' stuff, in future ?

I have to get ready to go to work..."SIGH"...

Butt fortunately it's Friday.
