I got a new toy!

my new DVD-burner! And I just burned my first test DVD....three scenes of Need for Speed 5 off of gamecube. And it worked!

Now if I can get the sound just right I can start getting all those home vids off of vhs and on to dvd

Were you thinking something else? Guys dont need sex toys, we have ours built in

Did I mention that it only took 5 minutes to install it?

Dell's are great...press button to open, unplug 3 cables, press clip and slide to remove drive, place clip on new drive, slide in, plug in cable, close lid. worked on boot up without any new drivers. 4 minutes.

Yeah, but they also have a mood chip that needs quite a bit of work.

it's cool you can make menu's and submenus with preview screens and everything and with the Rewritable disks you can practice too

ummm...yeah! thats it

I'm thinking that you can also use CD-R's as well to make DVDs with smaller files....or or or even use the DVD-RW as an extra 4.7gig drive

the only problem is I'm using this old dazzle USB capture 'thingy' and not a true capture card...not ready to part with another $200+ just yet. This works good so far in my limited testing

now if i can just get an mp3 of your 'Yes! Yes! Yes!'
