Hello all ….. thought I’d begin here in my attempt to find a story. First off, if I may my name is Jeff and as a member I’m definitely purely a newbie…. A few months ago …. While lurking and reading I came across a story that I just can’t remember the title, the genre, the author …. Nutin !!! I need anyone’s help. The plot is about a father whose daughter has numerous friends….. the story begins with the dad sitting on the steps of a wedding reception and one particular friend of the daughters want him to relax and come back and dance. Age gap and all……one northerner I remember. The dad pays for one of the freindsntonstay another day at the park so she wouldn’t have to work !!! The actual daughter ends up getting married and the ending has the dad proclaiming to be the alpha of the whole group and the newbie husband is happy to be the beta in it all ….. a few of the friends lose ctc with the daughter as well, because they don’t really agree with everyone’s choices. I hope I haven’t butchered the plot …..
