Time after work ? Wish I had any...

Last week had 100hrs, the week before 120.
Too bad I cannot bill them all.

Wow.

None of my business of course, but I think I'd be lookin for a new job if I were you. Unless you can retire when you're, oh, about 30.

None of my business of course, but ever heard of running a company ?

Rex, would ya want to be thirty again if you could?

Sort of... lol

But only if there's a chance to take all my experiences with me.
And my lil one of course.

Didn't mean any offense, and yeah, I've heard of running a business. That's just a whole lotta hours, in my personal opinion. But hey, whatever blows your skirt up.

I have no aches... :) I'm as young as I feel...

today, that's about 20. ;)

My mind is convinced that I shall never be older. Today, my body is in general agreement, but that isn't the case every day. That never stops me from doing that which needs to be done - it just cuts down on the enjoyment, sometimes.

I still think we are both a zwitter, for the hours we put in.

Zwitter ? as in the german word for hermaphrodite ???

Or more in the meaning of two sides of the coin ?

Sure, I finally have the choice to change it volunteerly.
One of the advantages being selfemployed.
Sometimes it just sucks. Family and friends, you know...

Could be.

We're not grousing about our aches, are we?

Glad you're in shape. I hope to be too when I'm older. Just don't have the time for much exercise at present, that's all. But this thread seems to have made you feel a whole lot better about yoruself, so I'm glad I could help.

Indeed. Thank you.

I do have those days sometimes. Work is still physical, and I do get a good bit of exercise there. Once in a while, though, I have one of those days where everything hurts for no good reason. It at least lets me know that I'm alive.

And, I work for myself, too. Part of the reason is so that I will have some more time to do as I like, and not what someone tells me I must do, if I want to keep the job.

I'm not sure how old you are exactly, but I was backpacking out in Colorado a year or so ago, and one day we met up with this guy who was just out for a day-hike. He was a nice man, had to be at least 65 I'd say. He hiked with us for about 9 miles, and we were above 9000 feet, and he didn't seem to struggle at all. Wasn't even out of breath. I was impressed.

That's how I want to be at that age.

Which means I should get my ass in gear. :p

Yep, my dad's the same way, except not quite as old. But I'm glad he's in shape, hopefully it means he'll be around for a long time.
