The good news is, the last thing I ingested was a Piña Colada Slurpee from 7-Eleven. So if I do let fly, either it will be the least disgusting bout with vomiting I've ever had, or I'll never be able to drink a piña colada again.

I must echo phrodeau's advice. Just throw up, and you'll feel better. Your body probably needs to unpoison itself. Heed its call.

Now, I shall regale you with a tale to enhance your vomiting success.

A couple of weeks ago, I went to eat Japanese with my best friend. She got sushi; I got my usual chicken and veggie conglomeration. Her sushi came about 10 minutes before my food arrived so I watched her eat. I had the best time watching her try to eat the pieces all in one bite. She's adorable to begin with, but especially so all wide-eyed from ginger and wasabi.

My food arrived, I took three bites, and was overcome by the knowledge that I most certainly was going to throw up, and soon! I went to the bathroom and threw up four times! I felt instantly better, but I couldn't eat another bite of my dinner.

There ya go. Now go get it out.

Thanks for the help, but it won't help. I just do not like vomiting. Unless I know it's coming and can't stop it, I'd just as soon wait for my body to rid itself via its normal flow of functions.

Tell me all the disgusting stories you want, Band-Aids in a Chalupa, spitting in a Big Mac, or post pictures that would make Minkey Boodle's av jealous . . . it won't encourage the process.

Well, except for busybody loving me. I think I'd better get out the bucket and leave it here next to my chair.

I actually do feel a little better already. Had a moment where I wasn't so sure, but now I'm okay.

Since I first started rotating my av's, I rarely keep an av more than a week. The green guy was a rare exception because I was trying to figure out that whole 9/1/7 and 6/5/3 thing.
