I don't know what's happening.

Newbie here. I wrote a posting last night and when I tried to post it I got a message saying that it had to be OK's by an Admin. There's no sign of it now, and it doesn't even show on my Profile page as Pending. Did I do something wrong, or what else is happening??

A posting to what? If it was a comment to a story, that's what happens for all of us--and it shows up in about half a day.

A comment won't show up on your profile page, but it will show up on the other author's Control Panel.

Comments are batch processed (it's a spam control process) and can take between 2 and 8 hours or so, depending on the timing of the batch.

So, to see if it's been posted, you'll need to go back to the story.

Remember also, that authors can delete any comment left on their stories. The site vetts for spam and some content (hate language etc.), but the author is also given control over content.

And if you're talking about a story, that can take a few days IF you did the submission properly.

So, as you can see, you need to be a bit more detailed as to what you're asking about.
