what sucks even more is i'm supose to hear from a company tomarrow(hopefully tomarrow) to see if i'm being concidered for the job or not.
and If i don't get to sleep I won't be up for the call.

<licks your lips and then bits your lower lip>

<sliding down your body, I unzip your pants and pull them down>

<carassing your penis in my hands, my fingers running over the tip in circles>

Feeling relaxed my love?

There's the problem. You can't sleep because you're fucking. Diagnosis solved. Try taking some sleeping pills.

Not my intention, sweetheart

That post was written a sec. before yours. You can go about your business. Just, don't keep me up.:D

No thanks nasty. I refuse to take drugs of anykind unless deamed nessicary, like my knee pain killers.

and thanks Jess hehe, But that may keep me up longer instead of makeing me sleep.

Then I'll just have to wear you out...

<lowers my head and licks the tip of your penis>

Ever had board sex? I haven't but hell, there is always a first time... just say the word...

<licks my lips>

Hehehe

I think you need to relax and have the sex - then we can all watch!

LOL!:p

i'm too shy
sorry Stonedagger, nothing to see here.

anyone know of a good meditation for sleeping or somthing?

Well, after reading this thread.......it's obvious why you can't sleep;) And, it definitely explains the strange moods lately when I have talked to you.:D
Sweet dreams FLY.

Hm? I thought sex was a good meditation. You're so tired after, it conks you right out.

here is a visualization technique that sometimes works for me as long as i'm not too keyed up.

start by laying on your back in bed. imagine you're sitting on an airmattress, floating on a pool. imagine the warm sun relaxing your muscles with soothing heat. focus on your feet and ankles. imagine them slowly letting go of tension, melting into complete relaxation. then the same with your calves, then your thighs and so on. breathe deeply but naturally. become aware of every muscle giving in to oblivion. picture the scene in your head, perfectly quiet, floating gently on the warm water, the sun and wind making you perfectly comfortable.

it's hard to put the whole scene into words, but it really does work.

It works

Thanks sexielexie, i'm gonna try going to bed in a few mins again, I'll try that.

Imagine a black circle right behind your eyes, extending from just above your chin to just below the top of your skull. Imagine the surface of the circle being perfectly calm, like a pool of water, and every errant thought as a ripple across that water. Concentrate on keeping the surface of the circle absolutely motionless. This only works for some people, but when it works, it works well.

Or, just close your eyes and imagine yourself in the calmest place in the world. A forest glen, a coffee shop, the library, your lover's arms, whatever is your calmest, happiest moment. Just focus on that and try not to let other thoughts invade.
