I believe…. 🤔

Not a current belief, but I used to believe that everyone but me could see out of their pictures - so any picture I had, the person could be spying on me at any moment. Anyone else have a strange/silly childhood belief?
I was convinced for years people could read my mind. I would be super careful to never think about anything I didn’t want anyone to know unless I was alone.

That and the moon and was watching me at night, through my bedroom window. I think that was relatively short lived, but the mind reading stuck with me well into my teenage years.

I believed that dolls and teddy bears came to life, when I slept at night.. 🙈

- Funny, I had no issues with the fluffy teddy bears, but dolls.. 😳so, I cut off the hands of all of my dolls. Very consequently.

Yup.. I mean, now as an adult I obviously do not believe that anymore. But also; there are no dolls in my home. 😉

That reminds me. As a kid I used to believe that inanimate objects were aware and had thoughts and feelings. Not that they came to life and could move around but just that they were aware of their surroundings and had opinions. This would lead me to do things like apologizing to doors I shut too hard or to toys I hadn't played with in awhile.

My daughter would turn all her dolls and stuffies around so they wouldn't look at her when she slept. I think she still does. 🤔

There is an episode of Doctor Who with dolls in it that move. I had nightmares for weeks after watching that!

Oh nice try, missy, but I'm still not sending you nude selfies on a "just in case" basis!

Not when giving me the password to your home CCTV set up would have the same effect, anyway 😏

I can relate to this completely… I would feel bad for toys like that…. But.. I still apologize to cars I haven’t driven in a while, or clothes I haven’t worn in a while. 🙄🤦‍♀️🤣

I believe I’m about to try and convince my husband to take his hockey rage out on my insides

I believe I’ll be getting a divorce sooner rather than later.

Edit - lol how moody, Eva. Just a joke, surely.
😲 Did he not put out, or was it just over that quickly?!

No, actually, I believe it may be best if you don't answer that! 🫣
