I get to take five, count 'em five! tests today! Gawd, this is fabulous. I've been in hawg heaven for the past week about this.

I've got sociology and geography and public speaking and US politics and algebra all today.

I'm beside myself with ecstasy. I know all ya'll are incredibly jealous. :D

*does that happy dance*

Er, no, I'm not joking. Why?

Good Luck, KM.

I always rather enjoyed tests.

These days, if I have four tests, it is a cat scan, an ekg, a chest xray and whatever they do with the specimen in the little cup!

:D

If your public speaking about sociology and geography and US politics is anthing like your writing about it, we'll be having congratulatory cocktails at 5:00. I don't know anything about you skill with numbers. Good luck.

I can barely drag my ass out of bed! :D

Good Luck, Muff!!!

Sis, you wacko. I never did understand why you'd get high off the the fumes of testing. Take mine for me, will you?

I got tired just reading your list of tests!!

Bon chance, KM - give 'em hell!!

Nigel

Can't stand public speaking, but the rest of it sounds like a very enjoyable afternoon. Have fun.

Ecstasy over having 5 exams in one day? You are truly perverse.:D
Good Luck on the exams KM!:)

Well, anyone else wonder if she is still alive tonight or not?

Yes, Cheyenne, one wonders....

Quick research shows that the specimens are sold on the black market as primal ingredients for certain unspeakable voodoo rituals. Have you ever wondered why they stick that thing in your ear to read your temperature, when you know your temp is stored other places, and why they never, ever, show it to you? They are reading your entire genetic and chemical makeup from spectroscopy on your eardrum, but they still trot out little colored strips of paper so you won't ask the whereabouts of your specimen. This has been going on for some time now, it's a major funding source for HMOs and small private practices alike.

Your specimen is near New Orleans, most likely, having a better time than you are.

I'm probably too late on this,
but most universities have policies saying that you should only take up to something like 3 tests in one day.

It is 3 tests here, maybe more or less where you go to school KillerMuffin.

Of course you seem so enthusiastic about it, just take all 5!

Laz

tests tests and more tests

Gee I do not envy you! I am glad you are happy about taking them though because it just means you are enjoying what you are learning about and feel confidant in the results.

Best of luck on them (not that you need it)

I got email from her in the middle of her day, Chey.
She thought she'd aced three of them already and was confident she'd do the same on the remaining two.

Is anyone at all surprised?

No. No. Not at all surprised/

Good for you, KM.

:)

So?

How do you think you did KM? You should have a pretty good idea, so tell us!

I hope you aced them all. Hell someone as smart as you? No problem.

A's on all but the public speaking piece of crap. I think I pulled a B on that one. This is all based on the number of questions that I didn't know the answer to. My Politics teacher is a sly dog. Not a single answer was C.

But hey! I'm giving a speech next week on English Grammar. That's exciting.

Can I mention that you haven't sounded this happy in a very long time? Good for you!

In that speech you're giving, can you throw in something about spelling, too? How about "congraTulations" vs. "congraDulations" as a suggestion?

CongraTulations!

I wonder how many people at Lit would like to sneak in to watch that? I know I would. Can you imagine a few hundred people just showing up out of the blue? And think of the party afterwards!

Harbinger, you and i could sit in the middle, toward the back, and cheer and whistle and stomp our feet every time she made a good point. That'd be fun...

Think we'd help her grade?
:D
