I’m a Litster who…

What does the new name mean?
It's a reference to the TV show The Expanse and book series it's based on. Rocinante is the name of a ship (which in turn is based on the name of Don Quixote's horse) and Caliban comes from the name of the second book in the series called "Caliban's War".

That eats chips, drinks beer, smokes cigars, tells tall tales, loves sex, and not necessarily In that order. There is more, but that's all I got time for.

I take it this is a “geeky” book series. Are there any parts of it that would entertain my slutty mind?

It is more of a geeky book series as it's sci-fi, but it's also got some Game of Thrones to it - but not "slutty" per se. There would be better books for that ;)

...would dearly love to be able to forget some aspects of my career over the last 30 years.

I'm a Litster who will sometimes pop into a thread, see who the last 2-3 posters were and just Homer Simpson back through the hedge.
