It's a reference to the TV show The Expanse and book series it's based on. Rocinante is the name of a ship (which in turn is based on the name of Don Quixote's horse) and Caliban comes from the name of the second book in the series called "Caliban's War".

It is more of a geeky book series as it's sci-fi, but it's also got some Game of Thrones to it - but not "slutty" per se. There would be better books for that

... if Fantasy is something you enjoy, mixed with some sex... this would likely fit..

You might be right. I just looked at the sample and on the first page of chapter one it says “deepen to a richness like amber”.
