"He tried to kill you already? Who says he won't do it again? You cannot begin to imagine the mental conditioning he has undergone. Even if he has allied himself with you, that will only anger the hunters further! Come with me! I can help you hone your powers, until you are ready to strike back at those who pursue you!"

254, or Voltaire now, shrugged when Felix said he would shorten the name when using it, he didn't mind, Volt wasn't quite as good as Voltaire, but sounded fancy enough, he was about to tell him that, but then heard something heard the commotion on the street below. He was about to go check but as he turned his head he caught sight of a man jumping up to land behind them on the roof, he knew him, sort of, one of his missions had been after one of his people, and had taken him right in to a whole group of them, but he managed to get his job done without even being seen, that way he didnt have to take anyone else in that day... didn't know the guys name though..

His arms quickly came up to block the blast as he took a quick jump back, hoping to lessen any knock back effect, not that there was much of one, then he waited, listening as the man explained who he was, and gave Volt ample reason to hate him, but Felix spoke afterwards, it was a bit like earlier with the other hunter, only the roles were reversed, with Felix making much the same call he had.

“If you must know one” he practically spat the name “I haven't tried to kill him, I haven't lied to him either” he sighed and looked at the arm of his hoodie where the strike had hit him, it was all blackened and slightly charred “because I don't want to do either, I would like it if I could just walk away, but I cant, because then they will find me and make me hurt, not everyone in the agency is happy with their work, we have no choice, that was why a few months ago that blond ice manipulator that was with you went missing without a fuss, my job was to find him, I did, I found you too, if I had told them about your little gang in your little hide out, there would have been so many soldiers and hunters there that you wouldn't have stood a chance and I would have been rewarded nicely, but I decided to just let one suffer instead of all of you”

One looked curiously at the boy. It was possible, he supposed, that he had shaken the control of his handlers. Perhaps the two that had died in the van were the only ones that could control him. One picked his next words carefully, he couldn't afford to offend the boy further.

"Do they inform you of what happens to your targets after you bring them in? No, I don't suppose they would. The ice manipulator was rescued not long after you parted ways. Members of the Underground look out for each other. It was then I learned of you. Since then I have been attempting to locate you, to liberate you from your enslavement. You have been through a lot, I understand. I have been through the same. I was forced to hunt, capture and even kill other Hunted. They don't let Hunters just walk away, boy. They will return for you, I promise. The Underground offers you two things right now, and asks nothing in repayment, not even membership. We offer you the chance to prove your handlers have no control over you, so that you can be trusted. Even Felix must have his doubts about your intentions, this will give you a chance to prove where your loyalties lay. The second thing we offer is protection. I'm sure you two can protect yourselves just fine against a few individual Hunters, but they can send legions of men after you. You will be safe amidst a network of hundreds like us. Will you accept my offer? Both of you?" One held out his palms in a gesture of non-hostility.

Voltaire snigered slightly when one mentioned going through the same as him, and kept doing so through to the end of his speech, then couldn't hold out any longer and broke in to a fit of laughter, but quickly silenced himself, covering his mouth with his hand, one hadn't gone through the same as him, he knew that for a fact, every other subject in his experiment batch, all his brothers and sisters, were dead because of what was done to them, because of how they were made, and a year ago he killed the man who did it, inadvertently decimating a good portion of the agencies legions and all the information about his experiment group in the process.

“You really don't know anything do you?" he shook his head "you say you can give me freedom, help me fend off the 'legions'" he raised his hands, making quotation marks as he said legions "of men at their command, you're a fool, you have nothing of enough worth to make me go with you, and even if i went with you it wouldn't do any good, in two days their going to use a tracking chip inside of me to come see whats taking so long"

He turned away and started to walk "now please, unless you have anything else to add, do as my friend said and go away, I still need to figure out how to let Felix here get away with no ill effects to myself”

silver over heard the new girl mention draining and didn't like the sound of that as they walked he shifted back to human and walked up be hind the two before saying I am sorry but i couldn't help over hearing that bit about draining and so i would appreciate you not trying to touch any one with out their permission while your here it would be a shame to have to rip a lovely thing like you apart well with my claws any way

it was only when she turned to look at him and her eyes ran up and down him that he realized in his haste he had forgotten to add his cloths back in and that he was naked as the day he was born oh well what was done was done and stepped forward between the two and whispered in Wyn's ear careful Wyn the girl can drain im not sure wither its powers or life or what but it be a good idea to keep her shielded to protect us as well as her i would hate to have to rip her to shreds

then when Wyn nodded he sifted into a raven and flew up to sit on Wyn's shoulder and watch the two strangers in case they tried something

Felix sighed softly and smiled as the whole situation broke down the way that it had. Everything was a lot easier here. He just didn't care about anything that this stranger who knew his name said. He pulled the coin back into his palm and slipped his hand back into his pocket. He took a long breath and then simply let his smile spread across his face, "I'm really just not interested in your particular breed of 'protection'. " His smirk remained on his lips as he eyed the strange man, "In my experience, rebel fighters end up getting a lot more attention than random people who are just trying to live their lives." He flexed his fingers, "And as long as I'm not grouped in with your lot, the number of people who I can expect to try and push my face into the dirt is within a range that I can handle. You can't promise that this will still be true after I join your band of merry men."

He looked over to the boy who he had been traveling with and watched him for a few moments, "Voltaire, you're alright, right?" He waved his fingers over his arm to communicate partially with his signs, "I mean...with the whole...you're alright, right?"

One shook with fury at the boys insolence.

"My family is dead. Dead, because they made me kill them. I call myself One. Thats not a given name, it's the name they gave me when they experimented on me. I know what you are going through. You aren't alone. I have freed others like you before, and I can do the same for you. Your handlers are dead. They can no longer harm you. But they will be replaced. I can remove that tracking chip. Wyn nodded at silvers advice also having heard the strange mans warning to the girl, but not wanting to appear to be out right attacking she looked over at them while silver shifte and landed on her sholder she spoke.. I hope you wont mind too much but i am going to put a barrier around you.. I mean no offence by my actions, it will only be until we know more about you and wether or not your a danger to us. The only reasion i am being curtious enough to let you know what i am doing is because you and your friend saved Phase..

With that said the Barrier was up.. around Lash she could moved with out any problems and only by streatching her arms out as far as they could go out to her sides and above her head would she feel the barrier around her with the tips of her fingers. Wyn studdied the male with her tho doubting that a barrier would contain him for when he had appeared near Phase with Lash it looked like he had come litterly from the shadows or had been a shadow come to life..

She was more afraid of him than she was the girl simply because she knew the girl could be contained where as this man she had a feeling could not.. My apologies to you both but i am sure you understand the need for precatuioun.. With that she continued walking leaving them to follow or not..

Mederias couldn't help but continue to smirk, Lash's incompetence seemed to of caught up with her at last. What really tickled him, was the flash of fear in the barrier-woman's eyes as she glanced at him. She was right in her assumption that her simplistic barriers would have no affect on him without him so wishing it, but he also still had the hand held power disruptor, so even if he couldn't escape naturally she would not hold him.

"I thank you for your consideration, Lash here is still coming to terms with some of her powers so she sometimes goes overboard for simple tasks. I assure you she is no danger, but feel free to do what you please as long as it causes her no harm."

With that said he stroke quickly, keeping up with Wyn and almost striding by her side, his air of arrogance almost visible and rightly so...

And Continues to look around and taking in the area she was in. ANd Watching Her trainer Also get Put in the shields as well .. and Smirking over to him .. Phased had made sure there was nothing absalutly nothing left of the goo that had imprissioned her before she stepped out of the shower glad to be clean once more and she dressed in white jeans a light blue tube top and a white buisness sute jacket her hair she did up in a bun on top of her head..

she teleported to the living room knowing that the others would be there soon diled the number for her long time friend and left a message three words.. Call me.. danger.. and hung up knowing when Samuel got the message and he would.. he would call .... only in emergencys that ether of them felt might threaten all of them regardless of eachothers plans did they warn each other about anything.. sometimes they teamed up other times they were at odds with each other one never knew at times which save for She or Sam and even then that was questionable..

“Huh?” it took Voltaire a second to understand what Felix meant, but then he looked at his own arm, the charred sleeve reminding him “oh, not a scratch” he waved it off like nothing “takes a lot more than that”

He sighed as one continued with more of the same, the man just didn't understand what he was asking, did he? “say we go with you, say you remove the chip, you cant, but lets say you can, what then?” he raised one eyebrow, giving him a questioning look “either we join your little deluded group, or we what? Come back here? Live underground? What? I know for a fact that it is far easier to find you people in large groups, so how is going with you in our best interest, you keep saying you ask nothing of us in return, but you also haven't said you're gonna give us anything of worth.”

He stopped for a moment, clearing his throat and brushing his fringe from his eyes “now, cut the 'you're not alone' and 'I know what your going through' stuff, because I am, and you really, really don't, just give me one good reason I should even trust you at all, then you can start on why we should follow you”

One grinned as the boy demanded his answers.

"Thats the beauty of it, lad. You don't have to do anything if you don't want. You will have the luxury yo go where you want, when you want. The only way they can find you again is with another tracker like yourself. We have masks that can negate trackers abilities, but you can wander off if you want. If that chip remains in you, which I assure you I have ways of dealing with, they will find you again. I cannot allow them to regain such a powerful weapon. As for why you should trust me, you shouldn't. Not yet. Allow me to prove my intentions by liberating you from the agencys control. Until that point, you have enough confidence in your powers to protect yourself right? Isn't freedom worth the minor risk?" He chuckled softly, and looked the abused hunter in the eyes. "Your old masters have never had a greater enemy than me. Thats all I can offer you for trust. "The enemy of your enemy is your friend", right? If thats the case, I'm the best friend either of you have right now."

Wyn felt the man come up behind her easly keeping pace the female Lash not far off and altho she didnt really blame Lash for her resentment of there caution.. there would be no harm done to her unless it became necessary.

She felt a bit nervous about the man tho but it didnt show in the least as they walked twords the cabin Silver still purched on her sholder in the form of a Raven helping to make her feel a bit more secure. Wyn asked.. Tell me sir i have heard your friends name but what is yours ?

Mederias cocked his head quizzitively. "Really? I never introduced myself? How rude of me, my name is Mederias. I am one of the first of the so-called 'hunted' to actually be able to fight off the hunters," he replied.

In truth, Mederias felt rather bored already. He had gotten an adrenaline rush from that fight right in the get go with that strange creature, but he now was having that high fizzle out from the lack of excitement. He finally smiled when they came upon Phase's cabin, "Well, time to see how good this girl can clean up!"

While they had been walking up to the cabin, Ing had been busy in the hunter's main office building. He soon found a secretary and joined with her. Using her knowledge and the resources of the computer network and the internet, he quickly pinpointed the leader of the hunter's and the fastest way there. Ing regretted being unable to just simply devour the human, but it would allude to his presence before it was necessary.

Instead he left her body, letting her wonder what had just happened as he instead crawled into the nearby power outlit and converted to his gasous form. He slipped into the power cables and traveled at the speed of light to the hunter's leader's home...

Wyn looked over at the man calling himself Mederias as they walked up onto the poorch unsure how much to trust him how did they know he wasnt some sort of spy.. I am Wynwillow, i will let my compangion introduce himself if he wishes his name known.

At that she opened the door to the cabin and entered closing the door behind them once they were all inside. Phase had just hung up the phone and turned to face them.. Well then down to buisness.. tho i thank you for your timely arrivel i would like to know who you are and why your hear? she said watching them as she indicated they were welcome to sit or stand at there leasure.

Wyn had let silver fly off to find a better positon in which to obsurve there guests while Wyn stayed where she was near the doorway able to see the room and the others well enough from her stand point that should they chose to attack Wyn was ready.

Mederias reclined in the nearby couch, crossing his legs and tapping his foot impatiently, desperate for some action. "We've come simply because we heard from a little birdie that this was a safe haven for the hunted. Of course, we were not suspecting that...interesting arrival, but it all worked out in the end, hmm?" he replied in his usual, arrogant tone.

"Now, what I'd like to ask is how many of us are usually around here and what can my companion and I do to help out around here?"

Phase smiled as they settled down Wyn and Silver taking up there posts.. Your information is correct, this is a place of sanctuary, and safety for our kind as to how many we have that number changes daily, and there is more than one place open to us..

At the moment we are in need of someone of your ability and skills to help train some of our younger crew.. such as Wyn altho she is quite capable with her abilitys she still needs to learn how to use them effectively with in a group situation.. the same is true of many others... there are also some like your friend Lash who need help with control before joining a group... would you be interested in such ???

Phase was offering him a rare and wonderful oprotunity.. of corse it was for two different reasions one they truly did need someone of his skill to help train the recruits and if he proved trust worth then in time she would reveal more information to him and so forth but it also gave her the time she needed to study him and gave him little information incase he was a spy.. he would have to work for the information he wanted and it would take time.. time in which he may or may not give himself away in.

"Of course, I would love to train anyone who is willing. I must protest on Lash's account that her mastery of her own power is complete, but her use of that power is what we need to refine. She will be taught by me as well, that is all I ask," Mederias replied.

Mederias was losing his calm appearance; however, he needed something, anything! Just something to get his adrenaline pumping again. It was becoming painfully obvious to anyone who could see his dark skin in the weak light.

Phase nodded her agreemnent to his terms.. Follow me we have two cabins.. no.. sorry 3 now that Nate is no more open.. Silver Wyn you may come as well one of these cabins will belong to you.. Once youve settled i'll leave the training excursizes to you.. there are a few others here in the camp who can help you if you wish in the training i will send them too you so you can meet them.. I will get back to recruting..

As they moved back twords the cabins Phase watched the man name Mederias wondering if something were wrong, If there is something in particular you need you have but to let us know, and we will do our best to provide what you need or help if we can.

She gave Mederias first choice of the 3 cabins and placed Lash and Wyn together Silver was in a cabin by himself until another was recruited who would share his cabin. Popping out of ther presance she went to Sam or Samantha go to introduce herself and offer any assistance in training he might need.

Looking around the room Lash Starts to get settled into her new area .. and lays down to rest a bit ...

Wyn had gone back up to the room Phase had given her really fast and grabbed her belongings then hurried to catch up as Phase showed them to there cabins. They were spacious there was a small area that surved for a living room with fire place, two bedrooms a bathroom, and a small kitchen.

Hearing Lash's words Wyn looked over at her and smiled. I am sorry about earler.. and i hope we can work well together. I am sorta new here too.. and dont know everyone yet i just arrived yesterday. Wyn said as she too looked around the cabin. She let Lash choose a room first and then settled into the one oposite hers.

After Phase visited with Sam she went back to her own cabin to see if One had called her back, there was much they needed to discuss..

Sam arrived at the new teachers cabin Phase had warned her to stay on allert and not say to much until they knew more about him and wether or not he could be trusted. She knocked on the door and waited for him to awncer.

Sam is 26 yrs old 5ft 4in 120 lbs soaking wet with long brown hair and grey storm cloud eyes. as to her powers she can mesmerize or hypnotize with her voice when she uses a certin pitch in her voice leaving suggestions in peoples minds which they normaly tend to follow effects wearing off about an hour after hypnosis starts..

She also has a photographic memory that helps her memorize and remember nearly all she Reads and sees.. Martal arts and combat training she learned on the side to help her if her voice ever happend to fail for some reasion.

Joie and Shane are also male teachers or staff helping take care of the camp prepairing meals as well as working to help train under Mederias instruction, and phases watchfull eyes..

powers he can fly, go invisable and has the ability to see threw objects at will. He 29 yrs old is 6ft 3in 220lbs with black hair and dark blue eyes.


Shane has a unque ability he can call the earth... for lack of a better term. His age is unknown but appears to be 30 yrs old Blonde hair and blue eyes he stands 5 ft 7

he can do something as small as making flowers and gardens grow to making huge vines that can hold a person in place or cause the ground to turn to quick sand or even simply open up into a hole undersomeone and let them fall into it.. one of his favorite moves is to make the earth roll and knock the person off of there feet.

then for trainees already in the group who are NPCs and will fade into the back ground unless needed once everyone is together

Rhylee male.. he has the ability to turn into a hawk and can heal with touch, Shares a cabin with Mark. he is 19 with red hair and green eyes..

Kim shares a cabin with Samantha, Kim has long blonde hair and green eyes standing 5ft 2 in, and is 21 yrs old.

Seth has been asked to move in with Silver and share a cabin with him leaving one cabin open if any more new recruites are found..

Mark is 24 standing 5ft 9 inches with brown hair and unushual amber colored eyes..Shares a cabin with Rhylee
