I just rang a major Gov't dep't, and not only did I get straight through but there was no auto-reply and the guy who answered the phone was bright, charming, funny and helpful!
First time in a couple of years that I haven't had to fight with an automated response system and then be put on hold for an hour!
Totally threw me, if I'm honest

I called the Department of Veteran's Affairs, told them I was a lonely Veteran and wanted to have an Affair.
