I, for one.. have read the entire bdsm thread. (shew..what a long read it is) cover to cover..

I've always wondered how daunting the thread must seem to many newly interested people...wading through all of that wonderous albeit lengthy information.

I think it's really awesome to see it having its own threads.

I am relieved to find the new forum. Even in the last few days, it has been challenging keeping up with the thread and the variety of topics being tossed around.

Applauding all involved with bringing in the new forum.




So now, who is going to cut and paste THE THREAD into mini threads and topics?

Always the one who asks... as the proverb in German says

But I think our monster thread should stay the way it is, all the topics we had in there will show up as seperate threads.

Our own section, that's really nice!

I think that if you have a topic of interest in mind, something you feel passionate about or that which you have special knowledge, it would be a Good Thing to slowly, slowly, wade through the monster thread and transfer posts from there to here, under the appropriate thread title, of course.

For instance, we've got LOTS of newbie links in the monster, we've got LOTS of toymaking ideas, we've got LOTS on specific toys and how to use them (remember all the discussion a few months ago about candles and wax temps and such?). That thread is jam packed full of good info.

If you wish, you could pick a topic and begin an ongoing thread with old posts copied from there into the new thread.

This new Forum (wow! we have a whole forum!) will be just like the old thread if we all just relax and speak our our piece and keep the flow of info and caring and openness going.
