I don't really believe in revenge, I do have the tendency to smile when someone's lies become a self fulfilling prophecy.
I think the blame should be placed on directly the cheater and liar and never on the person they used to cheat or lie with, that person will have enough grief later when the cheater does it again to them.
Cheating, deception, lying are all signs of disrespect and in the long run will hurt the person who practices them. They have to live with themselves for what they have done, and usually at some point they realize it.
If they ever were sincere in the first place, when they realize they were fools, they come back and apoligize. Some will even try to get back in your life.
If you do mean spiteful revenge then they will never feel it within them, the revenge will take the place of their own self punishment and they will blow it off.
