My ex and I used snugglefuck as a term once in a while, but it didn't necessarily mean spooning. I googled it and checked out the urban dictionary versions, but they didn't really agree with how I use the term. For me it's a lazy/sleepy & slow style of sex, not dry humping and not really rough. I'd say lots of kissing was right though.

I'm not really sure about that. From searching, it appears to be used as 'snugglefuck' 'snuggle fuck' and 'snuggle-fuck.' It gets twice as many hits as one word, but it seems most of them are usernames and it even has only 3 entries in Urban Dictionary. I think it's too early to really decide since it's apparently a pretty new word. Afterall, it only appears about 750 times on the whole internet and that's counting mirror versions of pages, quotes, copy and paste, and everything else.

I've only ever seen it as one word, so that's what I'm going on in addition to considering it in context.
a) We had a good snugglefuck last night.
b) We had a good snuggle fuck last night.
a) I snugglefucked him all night long.
b) I snuggle fucked him all night long.
(a) looks more correct to me in each instance. Hyphenating it could work as well, but since it's a made up term and one word works just as well as a hyphenate, I'm going with the simplified version.
However, I doubt the correct spelling matters much to Hanon, given the number of spelling errors in his profile and posts.

Yeah, I agree it looks better as one word, but honestly, modern english tends to be determined at least as much by people that spell things in what ever they want to. Right now, it looks like the three of them have about equal usage as a verb, so I honestly think it'll come down to which spelling gets used by a celebrity/mass media outlet if that ever happens. If it ever reaches enough useage to make it into the dictionary, I wouldn't be surprised if snuggle-fux ends up being the plural the way people spell things nowdays, though. 
Afterall, it looks like 'fux' is well on its way to getting into standard english as a plural of fuck.
