I'm female.. and I think the most effective way.. is to use a condom. If you don't use a condom, you would be surprised at how long you could last as if you used one.

It is MORE than possible for a guy to orgasm more than once. Look into tantric sex for ideas. Besides that, I've learned...and this is my experience, so who knows how universal it is?... that a man who seems to get off only once in a night doesn't seem to know his body all that well. As he gets to know himself better, he can last longer...and he can go more often.

Pay attention to your body. That's the first step to lasting longer and going more often, I think.

I've actually found that using lubricants works great for sustaining intercourse. It reduces the friction but it still feels great. Also try using different positions. I actually find that doggy and woman on top work better for me than missionary or sitting face to face. Something about the physical closeness of those positions gets to me quickly (but I know some people will say the opposite).
