Depends. I've just been ill and to be honest for the past, say, 3 weeks, I was soooooo not interested in sex. One does not feel sexy when one is hacking up half a lung and blowing one's nose every 3 minutes, eh? Fortunately (sort of) my husband had the same shitty horrible cold so it was mutual.
