do i get a non jpg or gif to work for my av? I have a pic it's just from an anime and it won't let me use it....what can i do to fix this?

Is it an bmp? Then open it in windows paint and save it as an jpg or gif.

Or is it another file format? When yes, what format is it?

It can only be up to 150x150 and no larger than 20,000 kb's.

If you cannot fix it,upload it and someone will.
