Well, moving is a lot more work than I had hoped, but well worth it.

The house is three bedrooms, one and a half baths and more room than I have ever had in my life! Of course, that means more cleaning supplies and more spills and more clutter? *shakes head* No way!



It is perfect for us and is a remodelled older home, which is my personal preferance. And the price is right.

I will be an hour closer to almost everyone here and yes, there is a bit more of a scene in the new area. We will see. Good things could happen.

It is really the hallmark of new beginnings for us.

I didnt' mean to leave the thread as I did. I meant to start a discussion about life's changes and fortune, fate, karma etc.

Well, I don't know if this counts or not, but I had sex without a condom for the very first time in my life today, got my first speeding ticket ever, (which was why I didn't realize about the condom until it was a little late ) and found out that my Tai Chi instructor is a leftover from the 60's, shoeless, dread locked, and definitely the STRANGEST college professor I have ever seen. I also found out that I am not moving into my dream house later this month, after all.

Funny - this thread - wandering across it at this time - I am just in the process - (at the age of forty) of doing a major life re-boot and career change.
